QuBit33 is the brand name under which JungStudios LLC markets and delivers AI technology services. JungStudios LLC is the legal entity responsible for all data processing described in this policy. We operate 100% remotely and serve clients globally.

• Business information shared during strategy calls and consulting engagements
• Payment information — processed securely through Stripe. We never store full card details on our servers.

• Pages visited, time on site, referring URLs and navigation patterns

• Access controls and authentication restricting data access to authorized personnel only
• Regular automated backups with secure off-site storage
• Routine security reviews and vulnerability assessments

While we implement industry-standard security measures, no method of internet transmission is 100% secure. In the unlikely event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you promptly and take immediate remedial action.

QuBit33 operates globally and our servers are located in the United States. Client project data is retained for a minimum of 7 years for legal and accounting purposes. You may request earlier deletion subject to applicable legal requirements.
